The project was awarded to its subsidiary Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd by Jendela Mayang Sdn Bhd.
In a statement, the company said the latest contract for the mixed development came on the heels of its earlier contract wins valued at RM18mil for contiguous bored piling for Phase 2 in September 2017, and the RM570.1mil contract for bored piling and substructure for Phase 1 in February 2017.
“This award reflects our continued ability to win jobs despite the challenging sector, backed by our sturdy track record of over 30 years and strong technical team.
“We believe the smooth progress of works for Phase 2 of Pavilion Damansara Heights positively indicates the market’s confidence for property developments in prime locations,” said Econpile Holdings executive director and group chief executive officer Raymond Pang.
The overall duration of the contract is targeted to be 13 months, and is expected to contribute positively to the group in the financial year ending June 30, 2019. — Bernama
