HEXZA: A Sure Profitable Company in 2017

HEXZA: A Sure Profitable Company in 2017 (An Update of Some Recent Developments)

On Oct 26, 2016, I wrote an article: HEXZA: A Sure Profitable Company in 2017 and the Years that Follow. The main point of my article: “To make it short, simple calculation of the 3 items above already show a projected EPS of at least 12 cents for financial year 2017. How about the profit to be made from its ordinary businesses?  That, let’s wait and see the company’s financial result in the coming quarters.”
On Feb 16, 2017, the company released its second quarter financial result. Note that the 1st half of 2017 EPS already 12.1 cents, which is really impressive and above many expectations! With this, just expect another 4+4 cents EPS for the remaining quarters of 2017, and higher dividends. If so, a company that is going to make 20 cents EPS a year with current share price of 1.12, what do you think?

If the above still not convincing enough for you own some shares of HEXZA, please take a look at the latest balance sheet and think above its fundamentals. The main thesis of my articles on HEXZA from the very beginning till this one remains the same: At current price, it’s still very much undervalued by whatever yardsticks.

Don’t you see the profit –making assets?
Let’s see the company latest announcement dated on March 10, 2017.

What does it means? Very obvious lah, the company made about RM4mil profit from the sale of quoted securities. This is a realized EPS of about 2 cents per share, which will be included in the forthcoming financial result in May. Then what about the cash of RM20.2 mil from the sale? Don’t miss the RM55.08 mil – RM51.21 mil figures! That’s could be another RM4mil profit to be included in the 4th quarter result.
If so, a company that is going to make 20 cents EPS a year with current share price of 1.12, what do you think?
Let’s wait and see…!!!???
Good luck to all HEXZA’s shareholders!
